Full Home Rehabilitation Project

This project involved a complete home rehabilitation focused on structural repairs, modern upgrades, and cohesive finishes throughout the property.

We began by repairing termite-related structural damage to restore the integrity of the home. The kitchen was fully renovated with new cabinetry, backsplash, appliances, and a new tile floor, creating a modern and functional space.

The original hardwood floors were refinished to restore their natural character and seamlessly integrated with newly installed hexagonal tile flooring at the entryway, carefully shaped to create a clean transition between materials.

The bathroom was fully remodeled with white hexagonal tile flooring, a new vanity, a modern shower system, and a custom glass shower door, delivering a clean and timeless design.

To complete the transformation, the entire home was professionally repainted, providing a fresh, consistent finish throughout.
